It’s all but official - the A’s will be moving to Fremont - just a short drive down the 880. I’m sure the A’s and MLB will have the full story next Tuesday when they make the announcement but it looks to be an exciting time for A’s fans everywhere. The target date appears to be 2010.

What do these two items in the picture have in common? Both will be offered as “Retro” models at the new stadium. Zito’s all but gone and Oakland will fall in line along with Philly and Kansas City as part of the rich history of the franchise.
